Refund policy

We do not offer direct exchanges through our website. However, if you'd like to return a product, please email us at studio@ve-sav.com. Please note that items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

You may return items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund minus shipment, on the condition that the item is unused, in the original packaging with tags still attached. For returns from outside the EU, any customs charges incurred will be deducted from your refund total.

Please note, that custom and personalised items, as well as items on sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
